Acclaimed as a passionate and virtuosic performer, Emilio Colón is highly sought after as a solo cellist, chamber musician, conductor, composer and pedagogue. Having performed with the likes of the National Symphony of the Ukraine, the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra and National Symphony of Istanbul, Colón has enjoyed an extensive international career that has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Join us as this renowned cellist comes to UMD to present a recital. Repertoire will be announced closer to the performance date.
