College Park Arts Exchange is bringing their classic Arts Drop-In series to MilkBoy ArtHouse! Adults and kids alike are welcome to take part in fun arts projects facilitated by arts specialist Aaron Springer.

July's project is Watercolor Painting: Create your own summertime scene using watercolor on paper.

Bring the family, take a seat, order brunch and get started on your project. You'll leave MilkBoy ArtHouse will a full stomach – and an artistic memento from your experience.

June's project is Paint and Paper Collage: Create your own unique artwork using paper, magazine clippings, paint and colored pencils.

(un)choir turns the tables on traditional choir. No auditions, no rehearsals, no long-term commitment – just show up and sing a song you love! This event's song will be "Fake Plastic Trees" by Radiohead with guest guitarist Patrick Lynch.

You’ll get a lyric sheet and then Allison Hughes, music director for the College Park Chorale, will teach you 2 or 3 part harmony to a well-known song. The evening will end with a performance by the whole group.

Prince George's Shakespeare in the Parks

Hutchinson Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS) is a rare, accelerated aging disorder that affects only one in 8 million children. Because there are less than 250 people worldwide that suffer from this genetic disorder, HPGS doesn’t receive as much attention in the scientific community as other diseases. However, researching a cure for HGPS has led to some big insights about skin aging and how to best slow it down in healthy adults.
