One day, founder and UMD alumnus Simon Amato stumbled across his neighbor's box of frozen donuts while dog sitting and was intrigued by the texture and flavor of the ice-cold treats. He knew they could be so much more, so he hit the kitchen with nothing more than an idea and a sweet tooth, and left with the perfect recipe: a scrumptious donut center coated with a delicious glaze, rolled in a crumbly topping, chilled to frozen perfection. Damn.
