David Alan Miller, known for his compelling interpretations of American music, returns to NOI+F to lead this concert and recording project.  Ablaze with brass and percussion, the concert opens with Carl Ruggles' masterpiece for orchestra, Sun-Treader.  Steven Stucky's Pulitzer Prize-winning concerto for orchestra and John Harbison's Fourth Symphony complete the program.
