BASETRACK Live is a multimedia theatre piece designed to raise public awareness of the impact of war on the service members who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. We must encourage a complicated but necessary discussion that recognizes and respects the role of our military, but looks unflinchingly at the legacy of war. How can artists contribute to realizing that goal? What does it take to create a dialogue that is meaningful and poetic, honest and provocative, that addresses such a complicated subject?

Join this group of veterans and artists as we embed ourselves in that complicated conversation about war, art, trauma and memory.

Funded in part by the New England Foundation for the Arts' National Theatre Project, with lead funding from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation

Presented in partnership with TerpsVets
