Drew Barker wins first place in NEH student contest

You may know Drew Barker as our Graduate Student for Development or as a Master’s Candidate in Theatre and Performance Studies with TDPS.

Now you can know him as the first place winner in the National Endowment for the Humanities Emancipation Nation student contest.

Drew’s one-act play Freedom’s Fortress was chosen as the best piece of original creative writing that responds to historical documents NEH-supported online databases.
