On their final concert of the semester, Excelsa performs a concert of string trios by Schubert, Kodály, Beethoven and Mozart.
Program:
Since 1946, MCYO has provided top orchestral training for aspiring young musicians in the metropolitan Washington region. This 70th Anniversary celebratory concert features MCYO's 3 String Orchestras: Preparatory Strings, Chamber Strings and the elite Chamber Ensemble. Music by Stamitz, Bach, Orozco, Copland, Grieg, Bartok and Boccherini, featuring soloist Caleb Kim.
Ballet Company M will be hosting their Spring Showcase on May 15th, featuring ballet, modern, and jazz choreography and collaborations from multiple members.
