ABOUT THE EVENT

The talented student recipients of the Jim Henson Fund for Puppetry will perform/present their funded projects.

The School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies hosts an annual competition and recipients are awarded funds to create a puppet project or performance. The Jim Henson Fund for Puppetry was established by Jane Henson '55 to honor the memory of Jim Henson '60, creator of the world famous Muppets.

Ballet Company M's The Nutcracker

ABOUT THE EVENT

Ballet Company M is proud to present a rendition of Tchaikovsky's classic holiday ballet, "The Nutcracker." With the help of her Nutcracker, the audience will travel with Clara from her mother's holiday party, through a beautiful snowstorm and into the magical Land of the Sweets.

Almanac: glass trees ensemble

ABOUT THE EVENT

Almanac is a colorful and chaotic depiction of one year. The eight movements evoke early spring, late spring, early summer, late summer and so on. It meditates on the interlocking natural cycles that animate and give shape to our lives, through shifting immersive soundscapes that evoke the chaos and patience of the natural world.

Chamber Music Recital Part 3
