The National Orchestral Institute + Festival's Orchestral Futurist Fellowship in partnership with the Sphinx Organization combines arts administration, orchestral performance, festival curation and community engagement. This fellowship provides a launching pad for The Sphinx Organization’s most talented musicians, and ensures that together, both organizations further advance the power of diversity in the arts.

In this Creative Conversation moderated by The Clarice's Assistant Director for Campus and Community Engagement Jane Hirshberg, three fellows come together to discuss anti-racism and equity in classical music. Join them as they share their experiences and discuss the many ways in which orchestral music needs to become more inclusive, diverse and accessible.
