About NextNOW Fest
Since 2014, the NextNOW Fest has been the University of Maryland’s creative welcome and welcome back for Terps. The Fest brings artists from around campus and the world to The Clarice for two days of nonstop music, theatre, and dance performances, as well as immersive artistic and technology-driven experiences and installations. The NextNOW Fest provides an exciting environment for students to build community, socialize with each other and engage with the arts on campus at the beginning of the school year. By offering memorable artistic experiences for students, The Clarice hopes to inspire involvement in creativity and the arts throughout their time at UMD and beyond, regardless of their major or focus of study.
