The Maryland Students for the Arts Advisory Council (MSA) is comprised of UMD undergraduate and graduate students of all majors who provide feedback to the administration of the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center on experience, budget, policy, and student outreach. MSA forums bring together students and arts administrators for conversations about performance initiatives, financial strategy and arts advocacy at UMD.
