With 2016 as the year of celebrated French composer Henri Dutilleux's centenary, TEMPO presents a program of solo works by Dutilleux, as well as works by various other 20th and 21st century French composers. The program will include both early and late period Dutilleux works, such as Trois strophes sur le nom de Sacher, Sarabande et cortége pour bassoon et piano, and Sonate pour hautbois et piano.

Established and run by graduate students at the UMD School of Music, TEMPO premieres music by both renowned and up-and-coming composers from around the world.
